CPLL Monthly Newsletter

The Center for Public Leadership and Learning (formerly the Office of Talent & Organizational Development) needed a monthly email publication to City employees covering a wide range of topics about our division.

I interviewed, researched, wrote, and edited stories about the impact of learning in the workplace, learning opportunities for City staff, and the coverage of monthly events through a monthly newsletter, CPLL Monthly, achieving an average open rate of 40%.
